Eat & Drink

It’s no secret that lutruwita/Tasmania is a foodie’s delight and nipaluna/Hobart is the ideal base from which to eat and drink your way around the south!

Tasmanian apples and honey purchased from a roadside honesty box. Freshly baked bread and artisan cheese collected from the local farmers’ market. World-class spirits, wine, beer, and cider sampled at local distilleries, vineyards, and breweries. The pick-your-own berries fresh from the patch that came with a complimentary dose of vitamin D.

Forage nipaluna/Hobart and beyond and return to your apartment to feast on your bounty… that is if any of it makes it home! If not, don’t panic – there are plenty of local bars and eateries to explore in and around the waterfront precinct. From food trucks to fine dining, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
