IXL Apartments are located at Evans St behind the Henry Jones Art Hotel.

19 Hunter Apartments are located at 19 Hunter Street above the Drunken Admiral Restaurant.

Dockside Apartments are located on Salamanca Place and Kelly Street Battery Point above Ball & Chain Restaurant.

Admiral’s Penthouses are located on top of the Quest Waterfront building, Brooke Street.

As Sullivans Cove Apartments are waterfront, be aware that there is occasional noise from the docks or general hustle and bustle of the city's waterfront.

All guests must supply credit card details on check-in.

Please note that as these are serviced apartments and not a hotel, reception operates during office hours (8:45am to 5:30pm). If arriving outside these times, please ensure you have supplied a mobile number and made alternative arrangements for check-in with the Manager. Please note that the apartment car parks are all a short drive from the Sullivans Cove Apartments office, so please leave luggage in your car whilst checking-in. Directions to the apartment car park will be given when checking-in at the office.

Sullivans Cove Apartments has a zero tolerance to excessive noise. If clients make any excessive noise they are asked to leave without the issue of a warning. Be conscious that this is a residential area and we request that all of our guests treat this as such. If this is ignored we will take action to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay.
